The Requirement: To resource the delivery of a flagship SAP solution into Central Government. Incorporating the newest versions of S/4HANA, 3rd party plugins such as SF and Jaeger, all hosted on a brand new AWS platform provided by their infrastructure partner. A broad variety of SAP consultants had to be deployed quickly, SC/BPSS cleared.
The Solution: Deployment timeframes were just 2 weeks. We provided consultants skilled in: ABAP, PI, Data Migration, SRM, OTC, PTP, HCM, FI, CO, BI, Technical Build Manager, Portals, Basis, Roles & Admin, IDAM, SF, S/4 HANA and an SAP Project Manager. Technical requirements changed as the project evolved from base level ABAP to new and uncertified SAP modules at the time, such as Grants and Funds Management. The team grew to a total headcount of 75 across the term of the project.
